Robin My Heart- Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Robin my heart. Get it? Like robbing, but ROBIN. If you don't, go watch Batman and pretend to laugh.

13 years ago, I fell in love. His name was Cameron- a new student at Padua High who was so awkward and dorky, you cringed every time words came out of his mouth.

I soon came to learn that Cameron, a character in one of my all-time favorite movies-10 Things I Hate About You, was Joseph Gordon-Levitt in real life.

Yes, I know JGL is sought after by every straight female over the age of 14, but Joe is unlike many other common celeb crushes out there. To me, Joe has always been my "nerdy celeb crush" because he isn't the obvious hot that we see in other famous men. Take Channing Tatum, Ryan Gosling and Ryan Reynolds for example. They're uber manly, muscular and the word TESTOSTERONE is written on their foreheads. Joe, on the other hand, always plays the nerdy, shy guy who gives me hope that I can attain someone like him in real life.

Before I put up the extremely hot pictures of Joe from his GQ shoot, I'm going to take you all back and give you a reminder of what he was like pre-heartthrob era:

Don't lie to yourself, girls. I know I'm not the only one who would blow young Joe off if he came up to me on the street or asked for my number at a bar.

Thankfully, he has evolved into pleasure material that we all now enjoy:

Moral of the story: BE NICE TO THE NERDY GUYS.
You never know who they may grow up to be. <3

White is Right- Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2012

Alexandre Vauthier's Fall 2012 collection is white hot-pun intended.

Personally, white is my favorite color. I love white clothing, white teeth, white furry animals (baby white tiger cubs, baby white seals & baby white polar bears are my favorite) and hell- I even like my men white. Everything in this collection is just so sexy.

The two suit looks-one in white and one in beige- almost makes me think of CEOs & Office Hoes but a wayyyy classier version. I wish I can walk into an office wearing that deep-v blazer and mini-skirt ensemble.

Stars & Stripes.

Fourth of July is upon us. And if you're anything like me, you have not realized how fast time has flown. Here I am, sitting in my un-airconditioned NYU dorm room, waiting for 20 minutes to 11 AM to come so that I can walk over to Soho and scavenger the clothes racks to find a decent 4th of July outfit.

Also known as Independence Day, the Fourth of July is a holiday in the United States honoring the adoption of the Declaration of Independence millions of years ago.. or well, like, 236 years ago. On this day, we light up fireworks, listen to country, watch parades, barbecue pounds and pounds of meat and spend time with our loved ones... while being really, really drunk off of red, white & blue sangria and looking really good in our matching ensembles.

Below are how some of our favorite celebrities have rocked the stars & stripes:

If you can look past Kate Upton's supple breasts, she is actually wearing
an American-flag inspired bikini top. On the other hand, Kate Bosworth
opts for a more classy and conservative way to celebrate the fourth by rocking
a simple flag tank.

Obviously this picture of Jessica Simpson is no-way recent, as she is (still?) pregnant
with octuplets. This is her, much more fit, flaunting her amazing bod in a bikini.
Rosie-Huntington Whiteley feels patriotic in a WILDFOX top.

Musical icons of today, Katy Perry & Rihanna also like to show of their stars & stripes.

Here are some cheaper and available options for the 4th, found at Brandy Melville:
